About Zachary Fulbright

I’m Zachary Fulbright — author, coach, and someone who knows what it’s like to reach a point where something has to change.

I didn’t write The 50-Day Shift from a pedestal.
I wrote it from the middle of real life — where change isn’t something you chase, it’s something you choose.

Long before The 50-Day Shift was on the page, I was a self-employed film exhibitor — chasing the dream, curating films, and running every part of the business. Years of that pace taught me how easy it is to lose yourself in the work, and it pushed me to find a different way forward.

I started asking better questions. Ones that helped me step out of old patterns and into something more honest. More free.

That’s what I offer now — through the book, through my coaching, and through every conversation that starts with a real moment of self-awareness.

Why I do this work

Real change begins when you stop living out of habit—and start meeting yourself with honesty.

You don’t need to overhaul your life to feel better. You need to meet yourself with more truth and less noise.

I’ve seen how much can change when someone starts to pay attention differently. Not by pushing harder, but by shifting the way they think, choose, and show up.

That’s the kind of work I support — not surface-level advice, but meaningful, lasting shifts. It’s the foundation of personal mastery.

It’s deeper than self-help. It’s self-honesty.

Because meaningful change starts with how you meet yourself.

Most people don’t need a new life. They need a new way of being in the one they already have.
It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more honest with yourself.

What it’s like to work with me

My coaching isn’t about hype or hustle. It’s grounded, honest, and deeply human. I’m here to ask the right questions, listen between the lines, and help you come back to the part of you that’s ready to move forward — not perfectly, but clearly.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, reconnecting with your purpose, or simply ready for something new, I offer a space that’s thoughtful, warm, and rooted in growth.

Let’s begin.
